Simon Megson of INCO Financial in Sheffield

Co-Managing Director

Simon Megson

Simon leads INCO’s day-to-day operations and plays a key role in shaping the firm’s direction. Working closely with Mark, he ensures high standards across client service, internal processes, and long-term growth.

A strong communicator, Simon specialises in simplifying complex financial matters and helping clients feel confident in their decisions. He began his career in financial services in 2013 and has since held a range of roles across the industry.

In 2018, he was recognised by his peers with a ‘Young Achiever’ award, and has held director-level positions since 2020. Simon brings both strategic insight and a hands-on approach to INCO’s leadership.

Mark Jones of INCO Financial in Sheffield

Mark Jones

Mark focuses on INCO’s growth and investment strategy, leading on business development, client propositions, and regulatory compliance. With over 20 years’ experience, he advises private clients, businesses, and trusts — offering clear, value-led guidance aligned to their long-term goals.

He started his career at HSBC in 2004 before becoming an independent financial adviser in 2007. Over the years, Mark has built a strong network and deep sector knowledge, working across advisory firms in Sheffield before co-founding INCO in 2020.

His focus is always on delivering advice that’s understandable, strategic, and genuinely client-first.

Adam Green

Adam heads up INCO’s Leeds office, working with clients across West and North Yorkshire. He partners closely with business owners and families to simplify the complex and create holistic financial planning strategies.

By taking the time to understand each client’s goals and motivations, Adam delivers clear, practical plans that help meet their needs — covering every aspect of their personal finances.

Since starting in the profession in 2015, Adam has built deep expertise and is one of only a small number of UK advisers to hold both CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CISI) and Chartered Financial Planner (CII) status. He also holds the Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning (CII) and Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (CII).

James Mooney of INCO Financial in Sheffield

James Mooney

James is based in INCO’s Sheffield office and has been with the firm since it was founded. He is passionate about delivering truly holistic financial planning, helping clients bring every aspect of their financial life together in a way that feels clear and joined up.

Working with a diverse range of clients, from young professionals and growing families to established business owners and retirees, he focuses on understanding what matters most to each individual and building meaningful, long-term relationships.

After graduating from the University of Sheffield with a First-Class degree in Mathematics, James entered the financial planning profession in 2021. He holds the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (CII), reflecting both his technical expertise and his commitment to delivering clear advice that clients can feel confident in.
